What is Nullagency.on?

Nullagency.on is an artificial intelligence and software development agency based in the United States. It builds websites, custom software, games, AI agents and automations for businesses worldwide. AI agents build around the clock, and its founder, Oussama Labhih, reviews everything that ships.

Where is the agency based?

In the United States. Nullagency.on is a brand of Consulting I.F.S LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, at 1209 Mountain Rd PL NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110.

Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Yes, with businesses worldwide: in the United States, the Middle East and Europe. Our current clients are in France. Everything happens remotely: conversations by email and Telegram, trials online, delivery on your own tools.

Which languages do you work in?

English and French.

What is an autonomous AI agent, and what is its harness?

An autonomous AI agent acts instead of only answering: it reads your emails, drafts a quote, follows up with a customer, updates your inventory, then reports back. The harness is the framework that lets it work on its own: the tools it can use, its memory, and the rules it cannot break.

What is a RAG system or a local AI?

RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) lets an AI answer from your own documents: procedures, contracts, catalogs, customer history. Installed locally, on your machines or your server, this AI keeps your data inside your company.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is priced on a custom quote. The price depends on your specifications, or on our analysis of the project if you don't have them yet.

How do I pay?

Payments go through our Mercury Bank account (United States) or our Wise accounts (United States and Europe), in dollars or euros.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. A service that runs over time can be paid by subscription, through the same accounts.

How long does a project take?

The timeline is set in the quote, based on the scope of the project. Before delivery, a first version runs on your real tools so you can try it.

How does a project work?

In five steps:

  1. Framing: we find what's holding you back, keep what costs you time or customers, and sum up the project in one sentence.
  2. Building: our AI agents build, a human reviews.
  3. First trial: a first version runs on your real tools, with your real customers, and you tell us what's off.
  4. Finishing: every piece of feedback becomes a fix, from the copy to the page speed.
  5. Delivery: the project is handed over finished, ready to work.
